80s-90s Vintage handbag. Gorgeous very colorful velvet type material. Design glows in UV light. Good vintage condition there is a very small callout on the strap see photos. You could probably snipped that with scissors and burn the edges. Clean inside great condition for the vintage age. Handbag looks as if it’s never been used. Approx 25” drop on strap can be shortened. Approx 5.5”x5.5” in size small petite handbag.
