This item shows wear including scratches, discoloration, staining, missing finish, tarnishing, nicks and chips found, solder marks found to the bottom base, dirtiness found, there is a hole found in the top basket and this item will not hold liquid, and this item looks to be missing pieces. We are unsure of this items original purpose and any additional information we be appreciated. This item measures approximately 4” x 5.875” x 12” at its largest dimensions.
