Weiss 1976 with the original Westmoreland Hand Decorated foil label still attached. Clear thumbprint border frames the rich ruby center beautifully. A lovely display piece for vintage glass, cottage, or floral collections. About 5 in. round Vintage condition with light age-appropriate surface wear. No chips or cracks noted.
