Accepting offers! Vintage Alison Ayres Original yellow quilted cape jacket and black midi dress set with keyhole neckline and braided belt. I found this at an estate sale where the owner was a seamstress, so this may have been made or altered by her. It looks like it may have been worn once, hung back up, and never washed. Great rework potential. The dress and cape-like jacket feel like polyester. Jacket has sleeves with a quilted cape overlay and decorative frog closures. Condition: • Black stain on front of dress • Light stain on shoulder • Light staining near bottom of dress • Some seam wear shown in photos • No fiber content tag • Sold as-is All stains seem potentially removable, but I have not treated or washed this piece. Being sold as-is for restoration, costume, collection, or rework. If it doesn’t sell, I’ll be using it for my own reworks.
