Vintage Toddler Time by JCPenney blue athletic shorts in size 3T, made in the USA for 28.5-32 lbs toddlers. Features a classic royal blue color with white elastic waistband and white trim along the hem. Also included is a mint green toddler shorts with elastic waist and snap pocket detail, great for warm weather play. Both pairs appear to be in excellent vintage condition with original tags still attached. Perfect addition to a vintage toddler wardrobe or collector of retro American-made children's clothing.
