vintage ceramic salt and pepper shakers featuring Jerry and Tuffy (also known as Nibbles) from the classic Tom and Jerry cartoon series. The shakers are designed in a "Cowboy and Indian" theme, with one mouse wearing a cowboy hat and holding a pistol, and the other wearing an Indian-style headdress. These are anthropomorphic mouse shakers, typically made of ceramic and porcelain. They are considered mid-century cartoon kitsch and were often manufactured in Japan in the 1950s. See pictures.
