Approx 16” tall. Back bears sticker plate that reads Schoenhut Doll Pat January 17th, 1911 USA. Let’s talk condition. Ok soooo for a 115-year-old doll, I’d say it’s in pretty good condition. The hair has…issues? Clearly. And the *tip* of the nose has damage to its surface. Beyond that, we’re talking clothing that is quite worn (I do have a set of what appears to be…underclothes? Not sure, but they’re in decent shape. They’re coming w the doll.) The doll is also pretty dirty, and I believe that a serious (but careful!) cleaning would bring it back significantly. —>> how does one fix these issues? You don’t! They’re part of the doll’s charm. It’s a factor in its je ne sais quoi — although, the eyes and THE TEETH GOOD LORD THE TEETHHHHH WHYYYYY most definitely play a huge role. Schoenhut dolls go for a pretty pretty penny, folks. Check them out on eBay. Yowza. So, naturally I’m charging a fraction of that 🤣
