The fan appears to be unused and remains in its original packaging. However, because the package has been opened, I cannot guarantee it has never been used. Tested and works. Batteries not included. The original box shows storage wear, including staining, scuffs, edge wear, and minor creasing. No instruction manual is included (it may not have originally come with one). Everybody's perception of condition is different so please refer to pictures of the item for they are a large part of the description. Please zoom in on all pictures and see for yourself. Colors may vary due to lighting and screen settings. Most items are shipped with reused/recycled material.
