Porcelain bisque-style base with hand-painted colonial lady and gentleman flanking a ribbed column; topped with a white milk glass ruffled shade with applied rose rosettes. Metal collar connects base to shade. Base is unmarked (plain white unglazed underside with cross brace). Appears intact with no visible chips.
