Dinosaurs live throughout the world from the Triassic period around 250 million years ago until the end of the Cretaceous period around 65 million years ago. This period is called the Mesozoic Period. It is often referred to as the age of the dinosaurs.. They were over 1000 different species of dinosaurs. They came in all sizes the smallest about the same size as a chicken and the largest way over 80 tons. This piece of bone was found in Utah and it is unknown which dinosaur it came from.
