This meteorite also called a Moroccan. Chondrite are the most common meteorites found on earth. They account for approximately 86% of the meteorites recovered. They are generally composed of 75 to 90% silicon based minerals 10 to 25% nickel iron alley and trace amounts of iron sulfide. They have never undergone melting, and their composition is very primitive. They were formed by the aggregation of grit and dust particles present in the early solar system. Meteorites enter the earths atmosphere at very high speeds ranging from 25,000 to 160,000 mph. This was found in Morocco. It comes in a glass top case measuring 2 1/2 x 3 1/2“.
