Original vintage 1940s–1950s pin-up advertising punchboard header card promoting a Plastic Cigarette Case prize game. Features colorful blonde pin-up artwork with 5¢ sales and prize information. Printed "© Litho U.S.A." at lower left. Approx. 3 x 8 inches. VERY good vintage condition with bright color and light age-related wear. Reverse is blank with minor toning (see photos).
