Original vintage 1940s–1950s punchboard header card featuring Gil Elvgren pin-up artwork titled "Sport Model." Promotes a 5¢ cigarette prize game with period prizes including cigarette packs, lighters, wallets, and travel cases. Marked © Litho U.S.A. and signed Elvgren in the artwork. Approx. 4 x 10 inches. Displays bright color with light edge and surface wear consistent with age. Blank reverse. Please review photos for condition and details.
