Original vintage c. 1920s silver gelatin snapshot photograph depicting a group of men and women in theatrical or masquerade costumes posed outdoors. Costumes include a policeman, cook/butcher, women in period dress, and a performer in blackface makeup, reflecting the era in which the photograph was made. An interesting piece of early 20th-century social and theatrical history. Approx. size: 2.5" x 4.5". Original photograph with blank reverse.
