This is a vintage porcelain or ceramic souvenir bell from the state of Alaska. Best I can tell based on my research it was made in the mid 1980s. There is what appears to be a chip (highlighted in the last pic) on the bottom lip of the bell, but when I looked at it more closely it has some white glaze inside of it, so it appears to be a manufacturing defect. The dimensions of this bell are approximately 5.25 inches tall and 2.75 inches wide at the base.
