Light: Provide bright, indirect light for 12 to 14 hours a day. Variegated plants need higher light to maintain their color patterns, but keep them out of harsh, direct sun, which will scorch their delicate, mottled leaves.Soil & Watering: Use a chunky, well-draining aroid mix (combining peat, perlite, and orchid bark). Water thoroughly when the top inch of soil is dry. Plantlets are sensitive to drought; however, waterlogged soil will quickly lead to root rot.Humidity & Temperature: Aim for 60% or higher humidity. Use a humidifier or place the plantlet on a water-filled pebble tray. Maintain a warm ambient temperature between 18°C and 27°C, avoiding any cold drafts or sudden drops.
