This is a vintage souvenir bell from Buckingham Palace, made from fine china by Goodliffe Neale in Alcester England. The only flaw I'm aware of with this bell is the missing the clapper (piece inside the bell) but should be a simple fix. I noticed no chips or cracks and it measures approximately 5" tall and 3" wide at the base.
