The size is an XS but I’m a size 4/6 and it fits me perfectly Abound brand amazing buttery material Measure laying flat is 19” pit to pit but the material being rayon will stretch comfortably to a 23” if needed. Maxi ground length on me at 5’6”. New never worn just took off the tag and made it and washed in cold water with ALL FREE AND CLEAR HUNG TO DRY ~ yes it can be worn either way if you chose to remove the tag it is the same cut on both sides
