The Click Magnetic Felt Tip Eyeliner features an ultra-precise pen-like tip for a smooth, bold, highly pigmented, smudge-free, and waterproof line that keeps your magnetic lashes locked in place from day to night. Usage: -Shake well before each use. -Sweep the felt tip pen along upper lash line, creating desired look. -Allow the liner to set and completely dry (10 seconds). -Once dry, apply Click Magnetic Lashes (sold separately) directly on top of the liner. -For maximum hold apply two to three layers of liner. -To remove Click Magnetic Felt Tip Eyeliner, use a gentle oil-based eye makeup remover.
