Authentic 18th-century German Lutheran devotional and hymnal, Neu eingerichtete und viel vermehrte Geistliche Wasserquelle, printed in Rostock by Adlers Erben. Original full leather binding with handmade laid paper and German Fraktur text. Includes prayers, Communion liturgy, and hymns. A scarce early German religious imprint with no comparable examples currently available on the retail market. Condition: Heavy antique wear with leather crazing, edge wear, worming, staining, weakened hinges, and age toning. Text block remains largely intact with approximately 280 numbered pages and original ownership inscriptions. Sold as found.
