Antique vintage original Halloween postcard. Has long creases side to side, soiling, and corner/edge wear. Was posted with ink cancel and missing postage stamp. The series is hard to read but I believe is Series 39. Marked Made In USA. The artist signed on front is either Powell or Fowell? Also hard to read. See photos. Stock #62.
