Cincinnati Reds First Baseman…..The “65” Perez rookie’s surface looks faded from sitting out in the sun for a period of time. There are no creases,wrinkles,scratches,or dimples. There is an impression in the print of the card that is pictured above. This was factory issued in this condition. The corners and edges are in great shape along with close centering and clean borders. The back has no marks or stains and showing fading and browning. Tough card to come by. EX condition
