Note that two of the charms which have small gem accents only have one original gem, each, along the sides. I would recommend removing the one that remains and adding all new ones, or trying to match it for replacement. This thing is HEAVY! Please look at photos closely and ask any questions prior to bidding. Antique/ very vintage items are all sold as is.
