This is the Koga’s Zubat card from the Gym Challenge set (card #83/132), a Basic Grass-type Pokémon with 40 HP, illustrated by Ken Sugimori. Its single attack, Group Attack (one Grass and one Colorless energy), deals 10 damage times the number of Koga’s Zubats in play, and before dealing damage lets you search your deck for additional copies of Koga’s Zubat to put onto your Bench. The card lists a weakness to Psychic, a Fighting resistance of -30, and no listed retreat cost, and features Koga’s signature “trainer” artwork insignia in the bottom right.
