This is the Ariados card from the Neo Discovery set (card #20/75), a Stage 1 Grass-type Pokémon with 60 HP that evolves from Spinarak, illustrated by Ken Sugimori. It has two attacks: Spider Web (one Grass energy), which on a coin flip prevents the Defending Pokémon from retreating, and Poison Bite (three Grass energy), which deals 20 damage, Poisons the Defending Pokémon, and removes damage counters from Ariados equal to half the damage dealt.
