This curated set includes a vintage hand-blown Pilgrim Glass cranberry pitcher, featuring a rich cranberry-pink body with beautiful vertical optic/ribbed swirling, a delicately pinched pouring spout and contrasting clear applied reeded glass handle. Pilgrim produced cranberry blown-glass pitchers in a number of sizes and forms in the USA. Paired with it is a gorgeous vintage Royal Sealy Japan lusterware teacup & saucer, decorated in a coordinating deep magenta with an elegant Fragonard-style courting couple medallion, luminous pearlescent/iridescent finish and ornate raised gold decoration. The combination is especially striking—the cranberry glass echoes the rich magenta porcelain while the clear glass and pearlescent luster catch the light beautifully.
