This is a new with tags boys' raincoat from The Children's Place, size XXL/TTG 16. The jacket is maroon and features a full-zip front closure and a hood. It has two front pockets and ribbed cuffs and hem. A hang tag indicates it is "WATER AND WIND RESISTANT." The outer fabric is 100% polyester with an acrylic coating, the knit lining is 60% cotton and 40% polyester, and the woven lining and ribbed trim are 100% polyester and 99% polyester/1% spandex respectively. It was made in Vietnam.
