The logo is Corning Glass Works. This logo was used 1915-1919, so she's an oldie and a goodie!! ♥ This is ORIGINAL 1st generation Pyrex!! The dish has a slight yellow tinge; I don't know if this is due to aging, or original. I believe it's 1.5 quarts. The dish has several scratches, consistent with age and use. The Pyrex #943C13 lid is not the original lid and has a couple light scratches. Aprox. 9.5x7x4"
