The brand badge/plate are missing. I am not sure if this is GE but it does have some indication of being such. Let me tell you what my observations are regarding this fan: It powers on. Blades spin. It does not oscillate. There is modern electrical tape on the wiring underneath. The cord running from the base to the motor is starting to crack a little as shown. The power cord itself is in nice condition The on/off/speed toggle is not complete and would need replaced or you can operate using pliers or leave in the "on" position. The plastic knob on top of the motor (I assume is to control oscillation) just spins and has no apparent function with the oscillating part isn't working. The head tends to want to sag a little as the lever to tighten is having a hard time staying tight. However, it has been mostly staying in place as long as I don't jostle it around too much. It is old and dusty. I don't want to risk damaging it by deep cleaning it. And lastly, there is a line of some sort of foamy adhesive coming down from the face of the motor (seen in pics). The cage is roughly 13" across.
