Charming vintage miniature porcelain oil lamp featuring an unusual genie/Aladdin-style shape. The white porcelain body is decorated with detailed blue floral roses and vines with delicate gold-tone accents. The lamp retains its vintage metal burner assembly with wick adjustment wheel and the original Made in Japan label on the bottom. A beautiful little display piece for collectors of vintage Japanese porcelain, miniature oil lamps, blue and white décor, or unique cottage-style collectibles. Condition Vintage pre-owned untested condition. Porcelain appears very nice overall with normal signs of age. Metal burner has visible tarnish, discoloration and patina consistent with age. Gold accents show some wear. Glass chimney is not included. Lamp has not been tested with oil and is being sold as a decorative collectible.
