Crafted in silver-tone pot metal, the design features a stepped geometric silhouette, sweeping openwork sides, round pavé-set rhinestones and rectangular baguette accents. The reverse has a large hinged double-prong clip mechanism and is marked with a boxed “R” maker’s mark. Maker has not been positively identified.
