Very Pretty Sterling Silver Heart pendant necklace. This has beautiful Citrine, Blue Topaz, Garnet, Peridot, and Amethyst gemstones creating a rainbow effect. I have tested the gemstones with a presidium gem tester and they are gemstones. it is marked 925 A I have acid tested this and it is sterling silver.
