Designed to create a dramatic, graceful silhouette for special occasions. Gown was preserved however some of the sequins are yellowing. My suggestion would be to simply snip off. Otherwise just leave as is. The gown is absolutely gorgeous! Great condition! Bust measures 34”, waist is 28”, length is 60”
