It is definitely heavy, but has no markings that I can find, so I can't say for certain who the maker is. Regardless, it's a beautiful piece that will hold a traditional tapered candlestick to a pillar candle up to approximately 3.5 inches, and it stands approximately 8.5 inches tall.
