O'Connell, this heavy, large-format family Bible features a mix of the Douay-Challoner Old Testament text and the Confraternity New Testament text. It is highly celebrated for its extensive collection of beautiful, full-color religious illustrations by acclaimed artist James Tissot.The striking blue presentation box features a gold-stamped cross alongside the Latin inscription: "Qui Sacrarum Scripturarum testimoniis roboratus est, is est propugnaculum Ecclesiae".
