This is a vintage copy of a gospel songbook from the late 1940's (I can't find an actual copyright date) titled Melodious Messengers by Cleavant Derricks who was a world famous gospel singer, songwriter, and composer. This copy was sold by "Mrs. J.N. Young" from White Georgia, RT 1. and appears to have been owned by a Mrs. Annie M. Young. As shown in the pictures, this copy has been well used with obvious signs of wear. This is far from a museum piece, but is still an amazing piece of musical history.
