Unusual vintage Zale's Swiss mechanical wristwatch featuring a fascinating flip-open case design. The side pusher releases the hinged bezel, allowing it to flip open—a distinctive mechanical feature rarely encountered on vintage Zale's watches. The attractive white dial features an inner Arabic numeral track surrounded by raised hour markers. Powered by a Swiss 17-jewel AS 1690/92 manual-wind movement that has been cleaned and oiled and is currently running and keeping time. Measures approximately 33mm excluding the crown. The crystal has been polished and the watch is fitted with a new brown leather strap. Case shows scratches and normal vintage wear as pictured.
