Vintage Werner Scholtz Berliner Zinnfiguren Napoleonic Pewter Flat Figure Collection – Retreat From Russia Offered here is a large vintage collection of German pewter/zinn flat figures associated with **Berliner Zinnfiguren Werner Scholtz**. The original storage box retains a Werner Scholtz label and is handwritten **“RETREAT FROM RUSSIA.”** The included handwritten inventory identifies the figures as **“Scholtz / Stamped ‘SM’”** and lists numerous individual figure/model numbers. The collection depicts Napoleonic-era military subjects associated with the disastrous **1812 retreat from Russia**, including soldiers, cavalry, horses, casualties, marching figures and other military scenes. The handwritten inventory includes numbers such as: 205, 206, 207, 244, 248, 251, 256, 263–269, 272, 274, 102, 108, 134, 140, 141, 144, 151, 152, 175–177, 193, 305, 307, 308, 315, 325–327, 319, 333, 336 and 337, with multiples of several figures noted.
