This is a two-piece boys outfit by Bailey Boys in size 3T, manufactured in the USA. The set includes a white short-sleeve t-shirt made from a 50% polyester and 50% cotton blend, featuring an octopus applique crafted from blue, green, and orange plaid fabric with embroidered facial details. The matching pull-on shorts are constructed from the same plaid fabric and feature an elastic waistband. The outfit is in pre-owned condition with a visible yellowish stain along the bottom back hemline of the t-shirt. I have tried removing the stain and was unable to so the price reflects that the shirt is flawed.
