There is a stamp that says, "Packer Trade Mark Made Better By Packages Inc Shelton, Conn. Counterboy Automatic Moistening Equipment. US Patent..." There are a series of numbers where is states the patent number, but they are a little difficult to read. This piece has a lot of character. It does need a good cleaning. There is a bit of dirt, webs, etc., on it. The stickers on the side that say, Packer 3S are in good shape. There is a little bit of rust on the inside (bottom), but mostly just light surface. This piece is made of sturdy metal. The inside has the original red wood rollers, which is really neat. There is also no brush included. Approx. Dimensions: 14" long 6-1/4" including the feet It is a really need vintage and has some weight to it.
