Heavy bronze bust of Flora, the Roman goddess of flowers, signed A. Carrier and mounted on a black marble base. Beautiful floral detailing, warm aged patina, and substantial weight. Styled after works associated with Albert-Ernest Carrier-Belleuse. Marble base has a chip along the underside edge; please see photos. Condition: Vintage/antique condition with patina and surface wear consistent with age. Chip to underside edge of marble base.
