Vintage X-Acto The House of Miniatures Collector Series Straight Leg Chippendale Chair kit, No. 40028. Circa 1770 style, 1:12 dollhouse scale. Kit contains precision-machined wood components for two upholstered chairs, with fabric, padding, and assembly/finishing instructions. Unassembled and still factory sealed in the original shrink wrap.
