Absolutely charming pair of vintage-style pedestal mugs in a rich chocolate brown glaze with a pretty dusty pink drip glaze around the rim. The tall pedestal bases give these a fun, slightly retro look. At approximately 5.5” tall, these are substantial mugs with lots of character. I believe they are handmade, based on the individual shape, glaze variation, and finish, though I don’t see a maker’s mark to confirm the attribution. The glaze has natural variations and imperfections consistent with handmade pottery and age. Please see photos for details and condition.
