Titled "The Coming of the Kangaroo!", the story follows Peter Parker trying to juggle meeting Aunt May at Penn Station after her trip to Florida while tracking a dangerous fugitive. Frank Oliver, the superhumanly agile and brutal Australian criminal known as the Kangaroo, escapes federal custody and inadvertently steals a vial of lethal experimental bacteria. Spider-Man must slip away from a doting, overprotective Aunt May—even going so far as building a web-dummy to fool her—to track down the Kangaroo across the city and recover the biological hazard before disaster strikes.
