Beautiful vintage Chinese cloisonné vase featuring classic black enamel ground with intricate gold cloud (ruyi) patterning throughout. Decorated with elegant white peony/rose blossoms and green leaves on one side, a colorful butterfly in flight, and delicate white plum blossoms on leafy branches on the reverse. The design is framed by traditional green and white scrolled borders at the neck and base, with bright gold rims at the top and foot.
