This is a beautiful Arnel's pottery gravy boat and matching underplate. The pattern features the brand's iconic 3D raised mushroom design. Arnel's Pottery (founded in Beaverton, Oregon in 1953) specialized in manufacturing high-quality ceramic molds. They sold unpainted slipware bisque to hobbyists, craft shops, and art classes. This set is marked on the bottom as being painted in Ashmore, Arkansas in 1994. There is a stress Crack around the bottom of the handle. It is not yet loose or jiggly but if you intend to serve with it, it would be best to use a ladle rather than pouring with the handle. It is lovely for display. I included a picture with the blacklight on the handle to better highlight where the crack it so you can see it well. The underplate measures approximately 9 inches by 6 inches.
