The Edit: An exceptional piece of archival military-style outerwear. This is a vintage (1970s/80s era) quilted liner jacket produced by Alpha Industries (RN 9169). Unlike standard issue field liners, this model was designed as a standalone jacket, featuring a finished knit collar, cuffs, and three patch pockets. Constructed with a nylon shell and filled with vintage Dacron polyester for lightweight warmth. It features heavy-duty Scovill snap closures. A perfect transitional piece that nails the current "liner jacket" aesthetic with authentic heritage quality. Condition: The nylon shell has a nice sheen. Rib-knit collar and cuffs are intact.
