Beautiful vintage five-decade Catholic rosary featuring vivid cobalt-blue faceted glass beads in tapered bell shapes. Each bead is accented with aged metal caps and connected by linked chain. The decorative Marian center medal displays raised floral detailing and a warm, naturally aged patina. An ornate 2-inch openwork crucifix depicts Jesus with an INRI plaque. The reverse of the crucifix is clearly stamped STERLING and bears an additional boxed maker’s hallmark. Measures approximately 23 inches from the top to the crucifix. Crucifix measures approximately 2 inches. Only the crucifix is confirmed sterling; the center medal, chain, links and bead caps are untested. Vintage patina, oxidation and surface wear are present.
