The back piece that holds plate has only one point holding it on so in order to keep plate attached I used tape. I think would have had a couple more points soldered to hold it. Seems completely hand painted minimal wear but some coloration/age to frame. No marking on back other than some illegible info. 11" inches across Plate 6"
