This is an original vintage Planters Peanuts "The Peanut Store" letterpress printer's printing block / advertising cut (c. 1950s-1960s). The block features a custom-cut metal relief printing plate securely tacked onto a solid hardwood base. The design showcases the iconic Mr. Peanut mascot standing on the left side, gesturing toward a large, stylized peanut shell banner that houses the reversed, bold text "THE PEANUT STORE". The interior of the peanut shape is intricately detailed with a stippled texture to simulate a real peanut shell surface. Condition is very good vintage with sharp, crisp printing edges, an intact metal face, rich natural wood grain toning, and authentic print shop ink patina.
